"This hotel went above and beyond our expectations! The staff was so kind, courteous and super helpful. Staying here made our visit to London that much better! We really enjoyed our stay. And most of all we enjoyed the kind staff at this hotel!"

"Perfect location especially if you like to walk to great restaurants off Baker St. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms have the most comfortable beds. My only disappointment is they are fully booked when we come back to London later this month. This is an amazing hotel!"
