"Good value for location BUT ….room smelt of mould , no tv channels and the noisiest room we have ever stayed in ."

"So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free. "

"We were generally pleased with our stay. The location was perfect as we wanted to visit Natural History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria & Albert Museum. Communication with the host was easy. Whenever I messaged them before our stay, they provided detailed information. We were able to communicate easily on the day of arrival, and a member of staff met us when we arrived at the accommodation. I hadn’t actually expected the room to be in the basement, but it was bright, so we didn’t mind too much. There was no noise from outside or from the building, and the atmosphere was peaceful. On the plus side, we didn’t have to carry our suitcases upstairs, as there was no elevator in the building, just as mentioned in other reviews. The room was generally clean. Some areas of the flat needed a bit of maintenance. The kitchen and other areas were well equipped. The internet connection was fast and stable. It’s a place that’s well worth choosing at this price."

"The digital key was annoying, and digital check in/check out didn't work. The hotel itself was excellent for the price Clean and modern room, good location, very quiet. Room was cramped but this was expected and really all I needed. I even got upgraded; my room had a window when I booked a windowless room."
