"Pool was heated which was really nice..the hot tub was out of order. Room clean though there was a rust brown mark on the carpet. It's a big hotel with large groups in residence so good for a work stay. Would have really liked it if there was water in the rooms or somewhere to refill my water bottle that wasn't the gym as gym closes by 10 pm. Staff lovely as always "

"Shops, many restaurants right nearby within walking distance. Rioms were beautifully clean. Had a problem with the bathroom but they staff happily changed our room, sent us somecakes and called us to ask if were we happy. Very good caring service and staff. Food at restaurant was exceptional. "

"Room and bathroom is particularly ran down. Room was very dusty so obviously not cleaned thoroughly. Toilet didn’t flush properly. On a very busy road. Room is far too small to have a kitchenette in it. "

"I always like staying here, it's got quite expensive but it has everything I prefer. The property is beautiful, the rooms are lovely although some can be noisy. The pool is an absolute treat and so are the lovely steam room & sauna. It can get a bit busy down there but if you get it to yourself it's heaven! Breakfast is expensive but very good with excellent vegetarian options, the staff in the restaurant are the best :) the cocktail bar is good but pricey and sometimes the service is a bit off & I don't really rate the food in there. There's no parking but you can park in the Millennium over the road or on the street if you're only there overnight (6.30pm to 8.30am). On this stay I had a late checkout arranged the day before, when I checked out the male member of staff said to me imperiously 'for your reference for next time checkout is 11am'. I explained about the arrangement & he didn't apologise.. just laughed, it was very unprofessional and it made me really uncomfortable :("

"We had a lovely stay at The Rembrandt. The room was quite clean and staff very helpful. Breakfast overall was very good but more fresh fruit options and gluten free options would have been nice."

"This location does not have car service or a shuttle as shown on the Expedia profile. They simply will call you a taxi. There is one very tiny lift within the building. The building has steps to climb with no ramp for those with mobility issues. The location is nice. It is near restaurants, tube stations, and some shopping. "
