I also appreciated the flyers of local activities. Communication was excellent and very prompt…an added touch of hospitality. Neighbors were friendly and well accommodating while we were unloading. "A lovely little property, tucked out of the way 15 minutes walk from one of the gates to the city of York. We parked the car and then left it there. There were local buses but we didn't feel the need to use them. A very modern downstairs bathroom. The stairs were narrow but were aware of this in the comprehensive details. "The property was in a residential area just outside of York. Good location to the centre. The apartment is spacious and had everything needed for a weekend stay. The only downside we found the fridge dirty also a bit smelly. But we only used it for milk so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Fantastic French doors which let in so much light in the living room, the parking space is such a bonus. We would definitely stay again."
