"Clean room,all coffee, tea etc, cleaning staff lovely, asked if i needed anything during my stay. Had a meal in the main hotel, meal was great, staff great. 24 hr reception"

"Stayed over New Year and decided to stay and extra night as we felt so comfortable as staff and food were good. Room was a little small for a 'premium ' but adequate. The bar/ lounge is great, lovely fires and a lot of residents brought their dog, the staff engaged with all👍👍. Look forward to seeing how they upgrade the hotel after the January shutdown. We will be back."
