"The hotel was nicely situated in the downtown Shinjuku area. it was centrally located near the subway station and easy to get too. There was also lots of shopping near by and restaurants around, including in the hotel. The hotel room was clean, but the carpet needed cleaning. It had some stains that needed to be cleaned. The amenities that were provided were really nice and I enjoyed using the face cleanser and milk lotion. The beds were also very comfortable."

"Location is very convenient, there is an Airport Limousine bus stop right in front of the entrance. Staff services are awesome. Room is very spacious. There is a 7-11 convence store at the basement level. A subway stop is also very near to the hotel."

"I enjoyed my stay at this location. The room and hotel areas were clean and well kept. The staff spoke English which was helpful, they were very accommodating and kind. The building is secure with a guard, you can only access the elevators with your room key. The location is perfect, right in the hub of Kobuchiko and the Cine City Square, close to multiple train stations. Rooms are typical for Japan, small but adequate. I recommend this hotel for your stay!"
