Middle Cottage is laid out over one floor with the entrance leading into a spacious open-plan living area, with impressive high ceilings and simple but stylish décor. This area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a pleasing sitting area with comfortable sofa and wall mounted TV. Adjoining this room is a contemporary shower room with large walk-in shower, as well as a neutrally decorated bedroom with a cosy double bed (zip/link, can be two single beds on request), perfect for recharging your batteries after a day’s exploring. The property is accessed through an enclosed garden, featuring a large lawn area with garden furniture, bisected by a herringbone path.This private space is the ideal place to relax in the afternoon sun, or even to dine al fresco with a tasty meal whipped up in the kitchen.

Nearby there are plenty of places to enjoy walking, with the Shropshire countryside on your doorstep, as well as plenty of attractions such as heritage sites Attingham Park and Wroxeter Roman city. The county town of Shrewsbury is only a short drive offering a beautiful mis-match of buildings and architectural styles lining meandering cobbled streets. There are plenty of places in which to eat and drink in the town, as well as boutique shops, museums and art galleries to discover. This property is ideal for a couple wanting to take a break in a relaxing rural location, but still have easy access to all the amenities of a bustling town.
