"We stayed in Erphingham gate room, nice and clean, large suite, roll top bath in the corner. Staff all polite and friendly, hubby would have liked a bigger TV and no ladies make/up hair styling area . Always a hotel we visit again and again "

"We have just returned from a two-night stay, with two mothers and our 11-year-old sons in a 2-bedroom property. The two-bedroom house we were staying in was very comfortable, completely modernised and in excellent condition, well-heated (a huge bonus since it was snowing on this specific weekend), with wonderful beds and everything you could really want. The two bathrooms were beautiful, and the showers were fantastic. The service was terrific, and parking was easy, though be prepared to walk 100-200 meters with your suitcases. The pool area was fabulous, with both a sauna and a steam room, and what was ideal was how warm the whole pool area was. We really loved our stay and will definitely return. Thank you so much! "

"Amazing stay, staff super friendly, great size apartment with all this amenities you could need. Fantastic location and felt safe walking late at night even though it’s off the main streets, bed comfortable. Great shower, would highly recommend. Overall soundproof but may need earplugs "
