"This is a great and charming hotel. It looks a bit dated in the outside, but the facilities are great, specially the spa and food services. The town is small with great views of cliffs if you walk to the west. Lots of little shopping. The beach isn’t a plus as it’s rocky, but hotel has nice swimming options."

"Breakfast was excellent and it was a pleasant change to have a piping hot plate for the cooked breakfast.
Gardens beautiful with plenty of seating both indoors and out.
Convivial host and pleasant staff.
Much superior to the large hotels on the seafront in which we have stayed,"

"We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the comfort in the rooms. Both the bedroom and the public rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and evening meals were superb and we did enjoy having a freshly cooked breakfast brought to our table rather than a buffet style self service where the food had been hanging around. The overall impression was of happy staff creating a pleasant atmosphere"
