"Everything was as pictured. Clean and spacious. Host was super easy to work with. "

"Do NOT stay at this property unless you just need it to be close to something you are attending and have no other good choices. If we would have known it was this bad, we would have driven further and just paid an Uber more to go to the event from our hotel. We got there 50 minutes earlier than the 3 PM check-in time and staff would absolutely not allow us to check in without a $25 early check in fee. Staff must have the flexibility to be able to make a common sense decision when the property was clearly not booked solid. Th beds in the rooms all had the old spring style supports all the way under the mattress and did nothing but squeak with every little movement waking the other person in the room if they were able to fall asleep at all. The property obviously is renting to some government subsidized families as we were on the 3rd floor and there were people/children stomping around all night above us on the 4th floor from 8 PM until after 1 AM in the morning and with no phone in the room, there is no way to ring the front desk to complain without walking down to the office and then all staff leave at 11 PM anyway and there is nobody there to complain to. Avoid this property and seek other options. The furniture in the room is very outdated and you can't even open some of the drawers on the dresser as it is off track and wedged in."

"Felt at home from the very first minute. The valet parking team, front desk, and management were extremely kind and professional. They made my stay a truly pleasant experience. The bar and restaurant: a pleasant atmosphere, super-professional service, and unique attention to detail. *Extremely satisfied.* I will return, and I recommend it 100%."

"The property was in a very run down and unsafe area. I was not comfortable once I actually drove to the property and ended up making other arrangements. The VRBO post did not accurately show the area and the level of comfort or safety one should expect. And when we made the decision it was not safe to stay there, the host was completely unwilling to work with me to recover any of our spend. I am encouraging you think very hard about this property. There was no way to know what you were getting till you arrive, and we didn’t even go in the house as the area was not conducive to family stays, in my opinion. Houses boarded up next store and homes with overgrown yards and broken down boats on the street. Extremely disappointed with the property and the way it was handled ."

"Excellent location and great staff. Hotel is just outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. Carpet was old and stained, and paint peeling. But, bed linen was clean and bathroom was clean. "
