"The property was nice. Check-in was seamless, I don’t think it took 5 minutes. My room was clean and spacious, the balcony was a nice touch, I spent most of my time out there relaxing. "

"Overall it was fine for an overnight stay. The staff was pleasant, parking was easy and free, breakfast was limited but it was what you would typically expect from a 2 or 3 star hotel. Outside the room was sketchy and not as clean. Our room was fine but felt a bit musty. The bathroom was a bit dated but was enough for our stay. We didn't use the pool or any of the other amenities. Overall, not too bad, but not somewhere I'd look forward to come back to."

"From the initial email from David, welcoming me to the hotel asking if I had any request or needs before arriving. I simply wanted a higher floor and that was granted...Room 1204 Nice! Upon arriving I was greeted by George, who was awesome and so gracious as to tell me about the neighborhood and give me a map to the Kia Center and surrounding areas- Love it... I encountered Kayla the next day when I went down for drinks and then Jeffery when I needed silverware and a microwave the following day. I had an Awesome time in Orlando, I was there to celebrate my daughter's acceptance to Medical School and to support my son and his team at the Kia Center- which is why I chose the hotel for its close proximity. Everyone that I encountered was on point and the customer service was unmatched! Upon checking out I met and talked to Edmundo and he was delighted that we truly enjoyed the stay and all the team members were awesome.. * I will also like to thank the house man, the dynamic ladies taking care of the rooms and the young guys and young lady outside/ Valet they were awesome and made a great impression as well. I am grateful for the experience. I shall see you all hopefully in November for my birthday! Thank You All Sonia"

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my recent stay at this property. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, there was a persistent odor of smoke and mildew throughout the room. As someone with asthma and allergies, this created a very uncomfortable and unhealthy environment. The overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors, walls, and surfaces were visibly dirty and covered in dust. My fiancé, who has a severe nut allergy, even found an almond on the floor beside the bed, which is a serious health hazard and reflects a complete lack of proper cleaning protocols. Additionally, there were no basic amenities provided—no soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The towels that were available were stained with brown spots, which is both unhygienic and unprofessional. The only items present were a wobbly mini fridge, visibly dirty towels, stained walls, dusty surfaces, and a partially used bottle of mouthwash, which is entirely inappropriate. To make matters worse, there was no staff available on-site to address our concerns during our stay. This lack of support only added to an already frustrating experience. Overall, this property is highly unprofessional and grossly overpriced for the quality provided. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others not to book here. I am requesting a full refund, as the conditions were unacceptable and did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness or hospitality."

"We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express just for a night and it didn’t disappoint. We love that it is very close to HMart oriental store which is our go to place whenever we’re in the Orlando area. The room was very clean and big! There’s no coffee maker in the room but there’s fresh coffee brewing round the clock by the lobby with several kinds of creamer, flavored and regular. The staff that checked us in and checked us out are both very friendly and polite. Breakfast was also included, biscuits and sausage gravy, omelette, toasts fruits, juices, yogurt and many more. The other thing why we picked this hotel is they have Tesla chargers in the property! I’m not sure if all of them have it but we stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Bonita Springs Florida and they have one. This property has 4 or five Tesla charging stations! "
