The staff was excellent, the pool was clean, and breakfast was great. The cons were the vending machine outside for drinks had no drinks and I was out of a few dollars, the room my family stayed in had a strange smell, and the floor, and beds felt moist, and some of the tiles were coming up in parts of the room. Staff definitely a 5 star, the room a 2 star. Hopefully this helps with keeping up with rooms

The last two times we stayed at this location I was greated by the same associate. He's so joyful and made check-in a breeze. 10/10 for customer service! Super adorable! We stayed both times to attend events at the fairgrounds. Such a convenient location. Will be back again!

Staff were friendly. Price is, I feel, level with conditions of establishment. It was good for our purpose. A place close to the soccer stadium. The overall conditions of the exterior grounds are a bit dirty but seem to be maintained. The room smelled of cigarette & pot smoke. The toilet is loose from the floor & sometimes stays running. Room itself was clean and the fridge nice & cold. A/C worked great! Bed was comfortable but the bottom guards made noises like a jail break when you moved. Microwave was clean & the in room safe was a surprise. All in all it meets the price payed.

The only complaint I would have is the room never really cooled down. The ac seemed to not be strong enough to cool the entire room. While it is good for the smaller rooms it just wasn’t efficient enough for the bigger rooms. Had to be sitting in the couch really feel it. Barely felt it in the beds. Good thing I brought my fan. Outside of that everything was great. I would still stay there again

Robbie and Rocky are awesome! My friends and I have started at this hotel numerous times, and we've always had a great experience! My only small critique is, there never seems to be quite enough towels in the rooms lol. Keep up the good work guys!

The staff were friendly & helpful. The first room smelled so bad that my husband’s allergies kicked in right away so bad that he coughed up phlegm. It had 2 couches, one so dirty & worn it should not have been in the room. The staff were courteous and gave us a different room. But, we had requested a king bed and walk-in shower. The king bed room was given to someone else even though I did a pre-check in. The walk-in shower was in the smelly room we had to leave. We won’t stay there again. Room Air conditioner needs cleaning to avoid the smell. The bathroom mirror hadn’t been cleaned was full of toothpaste spatters & ribs.

The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, especially the gentleman who assisted me during check-in; he was excellent. While the breakfast selection was limited, it was sufficient for a quick meal. Unfortunately, the room cleanliness was a major concern. Although it looked acceptable at first glance, a closer inspection revealed several issues: there were unknown stains on the sheets, and the couch, rolling office chair, and toilet were all noticeably dirty. I also found hair in the sink, and the room had a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. I chose not to bring these issues to the staff's attention since I was only staying for one night for a concert, but I would not recommend this hotel for an extended stay.

There was open and used soap in the bathroom when we arrived, not enough towels for the 4 of us and when I told the front desk guy I needed more he acted like he didn’t believe me. The bed was comfortable though. I didn’t know they were in the midst of changing it from a quality inn to a Wyndham and I would not have come if I knew.

This location seems like it may be under construction. My room was not smelly, but the floors surely needed a proper sweeping. The hairs of previous guests were on the bathroom walls and shower. Our bathroom door was broken (toilet tissue was in the door nob latch). We had an empty shampoo bottle in the shower. Otherwise the bed seemed clean and was seemingly comfortable. They are one of the few hotels that still have a microwave and fridge in the room. Lastly, I was caught off guard by an attendant that came to our room at 11:05a to basically kick us off the property. We were literally walking out the door when this happened. I travel quite a bit and I have never seen this practiced, even in luxurious spots. I found that very distasteful. I would not stay again. This spot registers as a "very good" location, but I would give this just a "good" or 3 star for the bed, microwave and fridge.
