"There were people who must not have realized it is a waterpark attached to the hotel. They kept pounding on the ceiling and complaining to the front desk about the noise. We do have small children, but they are well-behaved and weren't being super loud, just excited about the pool. And not after hours or late at all. Laquinta should definitely tell guests that there is a waterpark and if you are too old, stay somewhere else. "

"The rooms and property were clean and convenient. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming (prob the best I have seen in awhile). Breakfast was okay. Pool area was clean. "

"A very nice Hotel in Downtown Rapid City. The only complaint is no free parking. It cost an extra $15.00 plus tax to park. The included breakfast was really good"

"Kitchen was set up with everything we needed. “Do they have… yep”. Very efficient. Linens - blankets, towels, kitchen towels and with little kids access to broom etc to keep things tidy. Nicely done. "
