Simply amazing!
Carlos’ property is absolutely the best. Even better than I could have imagined. The check in process and communication was great. The amenities were perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. We were enough out of Sitges to feel quiet and relaxed and close enough to enjoy all the town has to offer. The views, pool and nearby beach are perfect. I can’t wait to return! Thank you Carlos and Ramon for the best stay.

Well equipped and clean. Easy access to beach.
A good base for a holiday of mixed beach, pool and trips to Barcelona. The property owner has provided a good setup, with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a effective air conditioning when you're avoiding the heat. Pool is a good size and was never that busy. As mentioned in other reviews, the trains can be heard, but we got used to it.

Wonderful Apartment
We were greeted by Ramon who was friendly and informative. The apartment was clean and spacious and the views stupendous. We had 30Degrees and saw a thunderstorm develop over the sea so were grateful for the excellent air conditioning. The appartment was well furnished with recommendations of places to eat and all emergency contact numbers easily available. Some in our party found the sound of the very close trains more disturbing than others, but theapartment and pool and beach were a delight. Ramon was responsive and very helpful. A great stay.

The stay exceeded all expectations. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! The property was stunning (right on the sea, spectacular views and squeaky clean). The location was perfect - 5 min walk to beach - 7 min walk to restaurants. Access and communication was excellent! Best vacation ever!!! A sincere thank you to the host!

Beautiful, Charming, and Quiet Villa in Sitges!
I would highly recommend staying in this lovely villa. We were 2 adults with 3 teens, and there was plenty of room for everyone. The villa was clean, well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. As mentioned in other reviews, the view is incredible. We sat on the porch almost every night with a glass of wine and admired the view. The restaurants at the port were terrific. Ramon, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive. You will not regret staying at this lovely villa!

Beautiful sea view
We had stayed in this beautiful apartment with the whole family for 1 week. Everything was very nice - we had a great time over there! We can definitely advise visiting this apartment and we are thinking about returning to this apartment every now and then. In the beginning we were a bit in doubt about a railroad being just in the back, but after one night we do not notice this anymore. The great see view from both balcony and bigger terrace outweigh everything by a big margin. Overall impression: great and highly recommended.

Omg! The view!
Gorgeous property with beautiful, unbelievable views of the Mediterranean. 15 minute walk to the marina, 20 to the town. Very well appointed kitchen. Excellent host. We were 4 adults and were very comfortable. The main bedroom has a view of the sea. The guest beds are small, but comfortable. Beautiful apartments. Would def. Stay again.

Million dollar view!
Very close to several restaurants at the marina, grocery store is close too! The area is walkable and scenic. Check in was easy, unit was spotless! Two balconies with the water directly below! 180 degree water view... fantastic property, you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful spot...
Ramon the owner was super helpful and attentive. When we had a small problem with the door, he came right over and fixed it. The condo sits right over the ocean so you could literally almost jump into the water (but don't try it). Excellent kitchen and full array of pots and pans. One of the most comfortable beds we have slept in during our travels. Sitges is a lovely place and the food and local museums are really beautiful. Would probably recommend you rent a ccar if you are staying here, even though taxis are available or you could take the train to Barcelona. I am glad we stayed here.

Stormy seas
This is a beautiful apartment and we (two adults and a pre teen) were very comfortable here. I can't comment on the air conditioning but in an unseasonably cold Easter break, the heating worked a treat! Everything you need is in there and everything works a treat. There were lots of thoughtful little touches like dishwasher tablets, seasonings and even clingfilm The little things that you miss on a break when you just need a small amount of something you'd readily have at home. If anything was missing (we couldn't find a chopping board) it felt very much that it was because no one had mentioned it before than it had been judged unrequired. The provision of comforts felt generous. The apartment is a little way from town so you have to either walk in or take a taxi (circa €10). There are pros and cons to this. We felt slightly away from the centre but slept like logs in our quiet shuttered sanctuary. The marina is close by and we had several lovely meals there. The restaurants in general in Sitges were very good. The lock on the door is a bit sticky and takes a bit of wiggling and yes, you can hear the trains but from all the reviews on the site, that can't come as a surprise to anyone. Overall, this is a great apartment with great facilities and everything was of the highest standard. The views were spectacular. We had a few days of sunshine and stunning blue seas and even when the weather was bad and the sea was stormy, it was still nothing short of spectacular. The communication leading up to the holiday was great and while we were there Ramon was really helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Nothing to criticise, everything to recommend it and we'd love to go back. Highlights for us in Sitges - restaurants generally, Queenz dinner show, Segway tour and our daughter did motorbike riding at Eco Moto Extreme who were ultra safety conscious and she had a brilliant experience.

Great hosts. Absolutely no problems. We would have no problem staying here again. Awesome views. 10 minute walk to good restaurants and a five minute drive to the city center for even more good restaurants.

Perfect location, stunning views, well equipped, comfortable apartment.
Located on the western edge of Sitges town this apartment has the most amazing view of the bay, the town and of the whole Mediterranean sea. The balcony is right over the sea and if you had a fishing rod you could actually fish from there! We stayed for one week in October when the apartment block was very quiet and we almost had the facility to ourselves. The apartment had plenty of space for the three of us and our daughter slept upstairs in the pull-down bunk bed. The apartment was well equipped and had everything that we required and more. Ample hot water for showers. We did not need the air-con so cannot say how the apartment would be in very hot weather.The communal pool area is small but the pool was always beautifully clean. It is a good 15 minute walk into Sitges but there is one family beach less than 5 minutes away and then all the other beaches all along Sitges waterfront. A supermarket about 10 minute walk up the back of town has everything you could need. We had no car and did not find the walking too much but it might be different if it was very hot. There is a local bus that goes around Sitges which comes out to Punto Gaviota so that is always an option and a taxi costs about 8 euros one way Sitges has lots of shops, restaurants and bars but not much on offer if you want entertainment or things to do. The beaches were very quiet and clean. Sitges train station is right in the middle of town and the train to Barcelona runs every 20 minute or so and takes between 20 and 40 minutes depending which service you get, and costs about 8 euro return. There is also a bus service to Barcelona. We very much enjoyed our stay in Punto Gaviota and Carlos and Ramon could not have been more helpful. We would love to return some time, and will always have memories of sitting on the balcony, watching the sun go down over Sitges and listening to the the waves below.

A wonderful week of waking up to a perfect view of the blue Mediterranean Sea
The property has all modern conveniences, the rooms are spacious and well decorated and present fantastic sea views from all of the living spaces. The apartment complex is built in a traditional style with a pool, table tennis and plenty of shade to allow one to remain comfortable in the heat of the day before venturing out to explore the beautiful coastal town of Sitges or simply to relax on the local beaches. I can thoroughly recommend the property for a very relaxing holiday.

Lovely but noisy
This apartment is in a great position in Sitges if you want to be outside of the town but walking distance from the port. We walked into Sitges and caught the bus to the port back several times and also used local taxis for going to and from the train station. The apartment itself is in a lovely small complex and has great views over the sea - I don't think you can beat the view from the balcony. there is also a small beach close by which was never busy. The apartment was ok for the 4 of us, very clean but did feel a bit small compared to what we are used to - the upstairs room is very small but does have a lovely big balcony. The pictures are very accurate. The booking was easy and Ramon is very accomodating. The bathrooms are great and plenty of hot water but very poor quality towels. The main negative is that the railway is noisy and the trains start running about 6 in the morning - not good if you are a light sleeper like me. We did however love Barcelona and Sitges and the ease with which we were able to travel in and out of Barcelona was great and the complex itself is very quiet and friendly.

Dear Kirsty, Thank you very much for all your comments. We will take everything into consideration. Towels are usually replaced once a year or if damaged. We have had lots of guests in the apartment that did not remark the train situation that you are pointing. On the contrary they were very amazed by the relaxation and good mood produced by the sound of the sea.

Wunderschöne Lage
Wir haben 11 Nächte mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern in dieser wunderschönenen Anlage und dem tollen Appartement mit unglaublicher Aussicht direkt über dem Meer verbracht. Wir können uns den vielen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Die Ausstattung ist super, der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kurzum - wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Unser Aufenthalt in Sitges war toll. Das Appartement und die Anlage selbst sind super - ein kleiner Wermutstropfen ist die Bahnlinie direkt hinter dem Haus und die Züge, die man doch stark hört. Unser Gastgeber Ramon war sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit und alles hat super geklappt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen! LG

Absolut phantastisch!
Wunderschöne Lage mit tollem Ausblick. Tolle, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit Swimmingpool. Ausstattung des Appartements perfekt mit wunderschönen Bildern, modernen Bädern und einer Küche, die ihresgleichen sucht. Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht, und die typische Urlaubsimprovisation beim Kochen war nicht erforderlich. Top auch die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, eine große Hilfe für eine Familie mit Kindern. Einziges Manko: die Eisenbahn hinter dem Komplex. An die gewöhnt man sich aber auch rasch.

Es un apartamento muy bonito, unas vistas espectaculares con playas cerca y con el sonido de las olas muy agradable, que más veces de lo deseado era interrumpido por el ruido estridente que hacia el tren.

En cuanto al sonido del tren imagino que es un tema de sensibilidad y nos sorprendió vuestra reseña ya que al resto de huéspedes, que mayoritariamente han considerado su estancia como 5 estrellas, podrás ver que a nadie le pareció negativamente destacable.

Super appartement, très bien équipé. Situation idéale, à 2 pas de la plage à 20 mns à pied du centre ville. Je recommande vievelent Petit bémol, voie ferré à proximité de la résidence qui surprend mais qui n’est pas gênant.

Un petit coin de paradis.💛💚💙💜
Appartement très sympa. Bien équipé ,literie au top. Appartement spacieux ,lumineux et tout confort. Des deux balcons il y a une vue magnifique sur la mer avec Sitges en toile de fond. Le rêve !!!! La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue. La piscine est vraiment un plus. Bref tout est super même le propriétaire qui est adorable et très serviable.

Cet apartement dupleix est superbe, parfaitement équipé. Vue imprenable, 2 balcons terrasse ++++. 3 améliorations à envisager: Un deuxième lit couple ou lit jumeau. Le parasol qui commence à fatiguer. Les photos du site internet sont moins bien que la réalité. La personne qui s'occupe de l'appart est charmante, pleine d'attention. On a pris un apéro ensemble et longuement parlé de la vie. Les 5 étoiles sont vraiment méritées. Jean louis

Fantastique!!!
Un appartement fantastique dans un endroit magnifique. Le balcon et la terrasse supérieure offrent une vue imprenable sur la mer, mais la qualité de l'hébergement est également de très haut niveau. La belle piscine et la grande plage à quelques minutes à pied offrent également les meilleurs souvenirs pour toute la famille. Un endroit très relaxant et amical, mais toujours à distance de marche de la ville principale et de tout ce qu'elle a à offrir (une promenade très agréable le long de la côte, aussi). Le port voisin offre un large éventail de restaurants et de bars. C'était un plaisir de traiter avec Carlos, il était très gentil. Je n'hésiterais pas à réserver à nouveau cet appartement et je le recommande vivement à d'autres personnes.

We have stayed in this fantastic apartment several times now. Very relaxing and peaceful, with wonderful sea views, this well-equipped retreat really is a home from home. With both a lovely balcony and a sun terrace, and nearby communal pool, it's as pleasant to spend the days relaxing locally as venturing out to the very convenient beach at Aiguadolc, the marina and further into Sitges town (a superb short stroll along the coast). The property is always well-maintained and spotlessly clean, the owner a pleasure to deal with, and we cannot recommend this highly enough.

Dette er en plass som virkelig må oppleves;) Vi ble veldig godt mottatt ved ankomst av broren til Carlos , og vist rundt i leiligheten. Ble så overrasket av den nydelige utsikten, ,helt fantastisk å sitte og se utover sjøen .Flott beliggenhet. Også nær stranda. Vi var der i 8 dager, men angret fort på at vi godt kunne vært der lengre.Vi kommer helt klart tilbake til denne idylliske plassen. Anita

Perfekt lejlighed med fabelagtig udsigt. En udsigt som man ikke kan få nok af selv i dårligt vejr.
Fint lejlighedskomplex og en dejlig pool. God afstand ind til byen og fint med den gode parkeringsmulighed. Det eneste som afholder os for at give lejligheden 5 stjerner er larmen fra toget, som kører næsten i døgndrift klods op og ned af lejligheden. Vi kan på trods af dette kun give lejligheden vores fineste anbefalinger. Servicen var i top med fin kommunikation til ejeren.

Spektakulärer Blick aufs Meer
Großzügige und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, die sich dank der 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 voll ausgestatteten Badezimmer sehr gut mit 3 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern bewohnen lässt. Die große Terrasse und der kleine Frühstücksbalkon sind traumhaft schön und entsprechen genau den Fotos. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und hat in der Mitte einen schönen Swimmingpool. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter klappte schnell und reibungslos. Die Kinder haben das freie WLAN geschätzt. Sitges ist über einen Fußweg oder mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar, genauso ist per Mietwagen der Flughafen und die Stadt Barcelona sehr gut zu erreichen. Die Nähe zur Bahnstrecke lässt nicht wegdiskutieren, war für uns aber überhaupt nicht störend. Wir werden nicht das letzte Mal in dieser Wohnung gewesen sein.
