Top Skidaway Island State Park Hotel Reviews

JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District

10/10 Excellent

"Beautiful with so many dining options."

Marriott Savannah Riverfront

8/10 Good

"The hotel is nice and situated in walking distance to the downtown/historic area (15 min). The staff were professional and helpful. The room was large and clean. There are areas that show wear, but overall it’s well kept. I gave 4 stars because I was in a room with a balcony into the atrium, which seems really nice until it’s midnight and the noise is carrying all the way up thanks to the acoustics. (The manager offered to move me, but I was leaving the next day.) I would recommend an outside room for that reason. I would stay here again in an outside room. I had dinner the first night in the restaurant. The service was slow and the portions are very small considering what you pay. For example, I ordered a house dinner salad and did a chicken upcharge. I got 6 small slices of egg (maybe half an egg) and half a chicken breast. There was lots of romaine, but the other parts of the salad were scant."

Cambria Hotel Savannah Downtown Historic District

10/10 Excellent

"Last minute booked a room here after checking into another hotel earlier that day and deciding we couldn’t stay. The staff at the front desk were lovely. She offered us a larger room because I had told her about our experience and how we had to spend more money to change hotels. The room was lovely and big, and very clean. We loved our stay. It was close to the historic district so we were able to walk everywhere."
