"Got there could not find my reservation, as I talked to hotels.com several guests came to desk with complaints or to check out after just checking in. Bugs dirty no hot water were a few complaints I heard as I stood there waiting to get my reservation straight. I decided to leave told hotels.com rep to forget it and she ignored me and went through with reservation and charged me for it even though I left for another hotel. Sad situation. Red roof inn kept my money and hotels.com was very little help even though I still used there app to find another hotel. App was not accurate as far as that red roof inn went"

"Housekeeping was super nice. The breakfast was one of the better ones we've had post covid. A lot of places went to strictly prepackaged stuff but they had a different breakfast both days we were there which was refreshing. My daughter loved the herb potatoes. Having a crib on site was extremely appreciated and helpful. The indoor pool was nice since we had rain. It gave my daughter something to do after being in a car for 8 hours. We had a good stay."

"Save your money and stay anywhere else. I arrived to find the front desk completely abandoned. After waiting 20 minutes with no staff in sight, I walked through the lobby to find someone. I finally located the receptionist, Nathan — walking out of the restroom. That set the tone for the entire stay. The room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot. Dirty carpet, debris left near the curtains, and an overall feel that belongs in a budget motel — not a Hilton property. This room had clearly not been properly cleaned before I checked in (see photos). When I asked Nathan to move me to a higher floor, he claimed the hotel was sold out. On a Wednesday. I reached out to Expedia to request a refund and got nowhere — so I was essentially trapped in a dirty, poorly located room with no recourse. And then came the shower. The water pressure was so weak it was almost laughable. What should have been a 5-minute shower turned into an ordeal. Hilton should be embarrassed to have this property under their brand. Zero accountability, zero cleanliness, zero professionalism. Do not stay here."
