We were attracted by the very good reviews and proximity to the train station for transport to central London. While most of the contents of the rave reviews is true (modern, clean, competent staff) travelers should be aware of the limitations of the place. They brag about "everything you need and nothing you don't need", but what that means is no closet, no wardrobe, no dresser, no drawers, no desk so virtually no place to put anything except in your suitcase on the floor. In the bathroom - no electrical outlet and light on only one side of the mirror. You get the idea. Definitely not the place for a businessman that needs to stay a few days and get some work done in the hotel. Breakfast was mediocre: quality OK but limited choice on the buffet.
