"Hôtel et personnel très bien en général, déjeuner beaucoup de choix et préposé toujours à l écoute, chambre propre, côté restaurant de l’hôtel pas très hot, mais le restaurant voisin qui est aussi une boucherie est lui excellent avec prix raisonnable, Le seul problème est la proximité du métro 30 minutes de marche, et le train régional qui est à 5 minutes, difficile de prévoir l’horaire de ce train, et pour l’autobus beaucoup de retard vue la circulation, le tramway lui en réparation"

"The room was prefect for 2 of us. We had limited hot water, but it didn’t greatly affect us. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and had many selections. Close enough to train station that we could walk with luggage, but yet not too close to where we felt unsafe. It was a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Great location for us."

They made me some special warm croissant sandwiches that were so yummy. The staff was very helpful. The only problem I have is that I have a few ants running around in my room, but I’m assuming that’s because it’s raining outside and they found their way in and the hotel can’t control that. Wonderful room, beautiful room love the bathtub."

Light on the desk shared a plug socket with the mobile phone charger plug. So needs to unplug the light to get the phone to charge. Staff overall great, check was not the best. But got there in the end."
