The staff was great—friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The in-room mini fridge was a nice convenience, and the property’s central location made it easy to access nearby shops and trails. "

"Spent too long in Monterrey and had to find a last minute stay. I would not come here again. I dont know how this place has high ratings. The room was not cleaned, there was trash on the corners under the sink, the bathroom floor was full of hairs. No towels or floor mat for the bathroom floor. Water got all over the floor. The towels were thin and on their last leg with stains that made me question if they were even washed. The bed has a metal skirt that makes the loudest noise and u hit it just getting close to the bed. Thankfully the sheets were clean, we really inspected that. "
