The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. Alcune pecche: abbiamo prenotato un matrimoniale… ci siamo trovati due letti singoli uniti, è stato fastidioso. Doccia un po’ datata e con segni d’usura. Nota di merito per i cuscini. Spa ottima. Sauna e bagno turco in particolare. Unica nota negativa la temperatura troppo bassa per la piscina interna....

"Room was excellent, exceptional high standard of cleanliness. staff were super friendly, very helpful and above all excellent customer service. Breakfast €10 was brilliant value and amazing selection for continental breakfast items including a hot selection of food, selection of fresh juices and a selection of sweet pastries. "The hotel is in a great location in central Tirano. The rooms are bright, spotlessly clean and very comfortable - with unique neon signs over the beds. There are a few spots onsite to park and I was able to get one of those. Alessia on reception is extremely efficient and also very friendly. You get breakfast in a restaurant a short walk away. The breakfast is fine but I suggest cheese is served away from the meat for vegetarians like me. We had lunch and dinner in the restaurant also. The staff are great, the menu is varied and they have a great selection of local wines. It’s great value for money. The location of the hotel is perfect for people going on the Bernina Train like we did. It’s also great value for money. I live in Northern Italy so will certainly stay here again when I next visit Tirano. Thanks again for making myself and my friend so welcome at the hotel and at the restaurant. "
