"Great property - plenty of space, clean, overlooking a lake. Fantastic communication from the hosts...we had a small issue with water - they were on it straight away. Only small gripe was about the estate facilities... restaurant and bar closed in Sunday afternoon at 4:00pm (I think). The portal for booking water sports was not particularly user friendly...we only wanted to book 2 hours but the portal indicated the only option for 2 hours was to start at 2pm - it turned out from staff that we could have gone down at any time for our 2 hours - a bit of work needed there. Would also recommend EV drivers download the Roam app before trying to charge...there is no signal or WiFi pickup at the charge points. Didn't spoil our stay though...just something for travellers to be aware of."

"Muntjac Lodge was perfect for our girls weekend away, The lodge is well laid out with plenty of room and lovely outside areas to sit and enjoy the views of the pond and nearby lake. It was clean and well equipped. Set in a beautiful location with easy access to walks, the spa, outside pool etc . A lovely place to relax and get away for a few days."

"Cottage was exactly how it was advertised and was great for our family (including one dog) for a long weekend. It was very well appointed and exceptionally clean. We had one very minor issue whilst staying (portable room fan not working - it was the hottest weekend of the year so far!) and contacted Orion Holidays who demonstrated exceptional customer service by responding and remedying within a couple hours. The only negative for the estate is the lack of parking - each property generally has one allocated parking space, any family with an additional car had to park in another area which wasn’t a problem for us. But this space wasn’t big enough and resulted in other users parking on verges and receiving notes on their windscreens. Not their fault really - they had parked as best they could when all other spaces were taken!"

"We used the property to catch up with family. Lovely house in a stunning environment, lovely walks and amenities at hand. We really enjoyed our weekend and we were sad it came to an end, we would certainly love to return and Orion were very helpful when we were securing our booking."

"We had the most perfect stay. The accommodation worked brilliantly for our whole family group, from grandparents right down to the grandkids. The space was so well laid out and the house had everything we needed. The park was lovely too and really offered something for everyone. Communication was fantastic, all our queries were answered really quickly. We wish we’d booked for longer and we’ll definitely be returning. Thank you so much"
