"Great hotel and great pools (especially the one surrounded by sand) - only let down by the fact that they dont have a booking system for sunbeds - you have to hope you get there early enough to find one and if like us you're travelling as a party with family it gets even more difficult."

"A great experience except when checking out. I had paid my bill the evening before and when leaving the keys back on the next morning was made to feel like I was trying to escape without paying by the nighttime reception person I had to find my payment details from evening before to prove payment. Surely this should have been noted on the computer. It left a very poor impression on what had been an excellent trip"

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported missing from one of our rooms during the stay, which was disappointing. The staff could also be more friendly and welcoming. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant stay, but improvements in these areas would make the experience even better."
