"Excellent breakfasts"

"Truly bizarre property. I couldn't tell if it was meant to be condos or a hotel. The instructions told us to text if we needed anything; when we texted that we needed more coffee, they waited 24 hours to respond, and said that no, they wouldn't bring any, and we should go to a grocery store if we wanted coffee (!). Room was not serviced at all during our four night stay. The bar was non-functional, pretty sure they don't have a liquor license. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody else. "

"Multiple days of additional charges of amenity fees and parking add up quick. Found out about the guest happy hour in the cafe on the second day of our trip, free glass of sparkling wine was nice. It was rainy and overcast for most of our trip so we couldn’t use the pool. Water seemed a bit chilly so it would be nice on a very warm day. No in room coffee. No fridge for personal food and beverage, just mini bar options. Deluxe king room was immediately behind dog daycare/boarding, could hear dogs barking the majority of time in the room even with the door shut and privacy wall engaged."

"Excellent overall. Great location, unique with birds and nature all round. Each room is different in color, size, feel. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable about Austin, restaurants, museums...assistance in any way with hotel needs. There's even a real newspaper delivered every day!! Stay connected with news and the world!! Two tiny comments. My room that was end has somewhat weak water pressure; I'm sure that can and will be fixed. And, the coffee place next door, Jo's is funky and nice with great staff, but coffee is mediocre and oatmeal should be improved given high quality of hotel. THANK YOU. GREAT PLACE. I'LL be back!"

"Very uncomfortable and uneven mattress. The pull-out couch was extremely thin and uncomfortable. I asked for a cot instead for my son to sleep on, they didn't have any. The best thing about our stay was the free breakfast, but even that was mediocre. "

"Beautiful rooms, staff awesome. Pets allowed, spa onsite and coffee shop on site, fitness room, lake across the street. Love this place"
