The staff was the highlight of the stay. Very personable and hospitable. The first day of my stay there was no hot water due to a fire alarm being tripped the day before. Well-equipped kitchen, nice common areas and new, fully functional appliances. Easily accessible by the tube, about 30 minutes from central London. Great value for money!
