"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. "Location optimal for a peaceful stay in London, 4 minute walk from Padington Station and the hop on hop off buses. They have 2 to 3 people in reception area all friendly and helpful. Registering on whats app was the only draw back as in the USA whats app is known as a scam website. However it appears many English companies have business accounts.and seems to be fairly normal there."

"My daughter and I stayed here for 7 days. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better. It seemed we were central to everything, as we used buses, the underground and the trains, with all our journeys starting at the Victoria Station only 1/2 block away. There were a number of excellent restaurants within walking distance, and a few theatres if you want to see a show. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The variety of the food was very good and everything was fresh. The hotel is very clean and I love that our room did not have any carpet. The soundproofing is pretty good. My only suggestion is if the hotel could offer a couple of washing machines and dryers for guests to catch up on laundry. But that's not really a "con", just a nice have they may consider. The hotel does offer laundry services but sometimes I just prefer to do my own. Otherwise, great staff and great hotel!"

"Totally functional room in central London and for the price you can’t really argue. Decent shower and comfortable bed and really quiet room. Towels were basic, i’d bring my own if i was staying there again. Only issue is the terrible signage around the hotel, dark cut out metal and difficult to read."
