"A historical unique gem of an Inn in Winchester. Very welcoming and accommodating staff. Clean and well appointed room. Delicious dinner at the pub/restaurant downstairs. No elevator but staff was helpful carrying luggage upstairs to our room. This was a perfect stopover stay prior to our cruise out of Southampton."

Not to mention that I had to wait outside for nearly an hour and a half as someone else had taken my room and I had not been given any information on how to enter the property keys, et cetera. Once I finally got hold of The guy in charge, he was not very pleasant to deal with or very welcoming. Due to the issues leading up to this point, I ended up booking somewhere else as just did not feel safe staying here with my baby. I would never say here again!!!!!!!!!"
