"Room was reasonably clean for the extreme volume of people passing through the facility. The bathroom shower needed more attention, especially the area in between the 2 curved door sections. Outside edges of property were poor. Elevator needed service maintenance!!!! Breakfast/ Coffee was excellent. NOTICE Shuttle doEs not start till 5AM Front Desk Staff work hard to keep U happy!"

"Floors in room were filthy and our bare feet were covered in filth. There were no blankets on the bed on a chilly night. Sleeping with just a light sheet was terrible. There was no morning coffee available and we walked a mile and a half to get water and coffee. There was no place nearby to eat for dinner when we arrived from out of state and we spent a lot to go into the town to eat. Only plus is it has a shuttle to the cruise port."

"The hotel is newly renovated and the room was nice and spacious. The front desk was extremely nice and helpful. Kudos to Farzana who went out of her way to help us. They had a shuttle pick us up from the cruise port when we got of the ship. $10 per person. We arrived at the hotel early and within a short amount of time they were able to get us a room. The breakfast buffet was very good. Fresh cooked scrambled eggs, bacon and orange juice. Fresh fruit and coffee. Many other items to enjoy "

"The hotel was an oasis after a crazy time at the airport and getting into the hotel after a very long day of delays and queueing up. Grateful for the staff, the ease of checking in, and the food and drinks that revived us at the restaurant."

"The area is rather dark older area. There was a pizza place a few blocks away. No customers. Kind of a run down area. The motel is very old but has been renovated. Very clean. Lots of security locks. Great for overnight."
