"Staff were friendly and helpful - room was very simple and clean as for what my eyes could see. I have very sensitive smell to mildew or mold and I could faintly smell it coming from somewhere. But it all looked clean there was not a coffee machine in each room but there was a coffee bar in the am by the check out desk. I never made it to the pool we got there late but I greatly appreciated the transport to/from airport and cruise port they were timely and easy to set up."

"Breakfast was very nice. Only complaint is the music in the bar/restaurant is extremely loud and starts very early in the evening. You cannot hear anyone speaking to you while eating dinner. We actually saw two couples leaving and the ladies removed ear plugs from their ears when they got outside. Maybe start music at 9 o’clock??"

"The hotel location is very good for people cruising out of Fort Lauderdale. Our room wasn’t clean, however, shiv wasn’t good. The free breakfast was very nice"

"Mauvaise expérience. Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 5 avec 2 lits doubles et le canapé lit. À notre arrivée en fin d’après midi, nous ouvrons le canapé lit et découvrons que les draps et serviettes sales des précédents occupants y sont en boule à l’intérieur. Un oubli cela arrive le canapé étant replié. Nous le signalons à l’hôtesse d’accueil qui de manière très désagréable nous a fait comprendre qu’il n’y avait plus de personnel de chambre et qu’elle ne pouvait rien pour nous. Son ton était très désagréable. Une responsable a heureusement pris le relai, nous expliquant le problème, nous fournissant les draps pour que nous fassions le lit, et nous dédommageant du parking. Néanmoins l’hôtesse d’accueil doit changer de métier."

"No hot water for showers. I called the front desk and they were unresponsive. As we checked out we were told that they would be in touch to make it right. As of this review we have heard nothing."
