"No glass or even a plastic disposable tumbler in room. Woke in middle of the night & nothing, had to squint my mouth under tap to get a drink...never been in a hotel without water or a glass before? I don't care how environmentally friendly your trying to be, basic necessity of being able to get a drink of water in a room is essential, imagine an emergency situation! Other than that, nice enough but room electrics all a bit confusing.. Sort the glasses out please."

"Fabulous location, 4 minutes walk to Glasgow Airport. Large lounge areas, very private. Bar and dining very good service and food. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade, nothing seriously wrong at all. A few little facelifts. Highly recommended."

"Fantastic location for a shopping trip. We are two ladies in our mid-70s and early 80s, and this was an excellent, accessible hotel. Very comfortable and within walking distance from amenities and shopping district. "
