"The room was absolutely immaculate and we were blown away by the bed as it was extremely comfy and very easy to sleep on. The staff were welcoming and friendly when we arrived and the welcome cookies were a nice added touch! We had the best time and will definitely come again :), thank you. "

"Great room for our purpose of stay which was basically after a concert. Loved the little lights that came on during night as you walked to bathroom. These were motion sensors under the bed. Also night light in the bathroom. Towels were great, actually a decent size and not the ones that only go half way round your body (unless your a size 8 where they fully fit!). Little things like that make the difference "

"This is a nice, upper-range hotel popular with bus tour groups. It has everything a tourist needs!"

"Absolutely would not stay anywhere else. The staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Rooms were impeccable. The hotel itself was modern and just full of life. Just a very very short walk up the street was a train station with another one a few blocks away and there are always taxis outside the hotel if needed. There are countless numbers of shopping, restaurants and bars within minutes from the hotel. "

"We have stayed in most of the hotels around the OVO Hydro. This was by far the best experience so far. The £25 spent for a lucky dip upgrade was more than worth it. The evening meal and drinks downstairs were very good value. After show drinks in the upstairs bar was a great way to round off the evening. I reckon we'll be back."
