"Clean room"

"Staff were super friendly and check-in was a breeze. Unfortunately we were put in the outside “west wing” building, which was beautiful but noisy. We were just next to the entrance stairs and ice machine, so we expected some traffic; the upstairs ‘neighbors’ got ‘home’ around 2am and we could hear every footstep, jump, scuffle, etc. making it difficult to fall asleep. The bed was comfortable, the room was great, the room service was fantastic and WORTH IT! Hard to go wrong at the Peppermill, just be sure to book second floor/center room if you book an outside building!!"

"Check-in was quick and easy and agent was knowledgeable and friendly. Room was very nice and updated. Casino was fine, but there was a faint small of smoke lingering."
