"Perfect location to be able to get to Grand Canyon or Williams. Clean and comfortable! You do need to go down an unpaved gravel road to get to the location, no issues getting there but just something to keep in mind."

"We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny home!! Excellent location between Williams and the Grand Canyon. Very clean, comfortable and peaceful. Great communication and easy check in process. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"The unit was dirty. I doubt it had been cleaned in weeks. There were a dozen dead moths throughout the unit and the pillow cases were dirty. We cut our stay short here and found another room elsewhere. I told the host these issues via the Vrbo chat and never heard back from them."

"The communications through message and e-mail always come on time with detail description. Room is clean and organized."

"It was perfect for our trip to the Grand Canyon"

"Stay was nice and room was fine "

"Cute little place. Had everything we needed. Perfect for Grand canyon exploring.I wasn't aware it was a twin tiny home. I could hear neighbor's perfectly. Only complaint is the bed didn't have a mattress protector."

"Very small studio size. The dirt road to get there is horribly bumpy. The room was clean and comfortable."

"Great location close to Grand Canyon"

"We enjoyed our stay here while visiting the Grand Canyon. Unit was clean, check in was a breeze, and communication was great. We were close to the park and close enough to the historic town of Williams- definitely check it out! The location was very quiet and peaceful. We will look to stay here again for our next canyon visit!"

"Perfect for Grand Canyon touring. Quiet, away from crowds and so quaint. Easy access to management. "

"Overall it’s a good little place to stay. It is extremely small and can be cramped even with two people, but it did what we needed, somewhere to sleep. The road to get to home was very rough on our car- an 05 Camry. To get to the house one must go down a gravel/ dirt road that is bumpy but no pot holes. I would recommend this to a person if they just want somewhere to sleep and doesn’t mind driving a little bit to get food or down a rougher road. "

"I’d say all as advertised. Well priced and this is a much needed close option for a multi day Grand Canyon trip. Especially if, like me, you can’t find or don’t want to pay the premium of staying inside the Grand Canyon Village. The road (county gravel) is washboard/rough but flat and not difficult to traverse. It is in a trailer park vibe but only one mobile home looked unkeptI wish these hosts and this venture the very best."

"Great communication- perfect for my husband I since we were spending most o time hiking Grand Canyon. "

"Did the job. close to grand canyon south entrance"

"We spent three nights here visiting the Grand Canyon with family. The rooms were more run down than the pictures showed but were clean and adequate for a more rustic stay. The room arrangements and layout is odd but it provided the right spaces for our group. The shower was tiny (minuscule) and the shower head sprayed water everywhere, including out of the shower, while running. We had to turn the water off, lather, turn it back on to rinse, etc. All of these oddities were manageable considering...
