"This house was amazing, the owner was very nice and helped us get checked in to the property seamlessly. Our family had to come in for a funeral and all the events took place in Chula Vista and this house was central to everything. "Enjoyed my stay overall not a bad place to stay if you’re in a pinch financially. Only issues I had were the scrapes and damages on the walls. Also looks like the doors aren’t cleaned very often or very well. Not a great area but not the worst. Staff was very helpful and kind. "

"These people is out to rip people off. They are illegally renting their junk bost in a marina that doesn't allow them to rent for vacations. Nothing was ready for my me and my family. I had to fill up the water on the boat myself, toilet didn't work. There facility toilet is about a quarter miles away. They only gave us one key so if one person leaves no one else can get out. Save your money and run . False advertisements it does not sleeps 8 people barley hodls 5. The toilet stopped flushing...
