"The property is great. Cozy. Family friendly. Good location. A lot of stairs to the property so if you are not stair friendly, this is not a place for you. We were fine with it. Property management was very responsive when we had an issue with loud construction. We looked forward to QUIET time to rest out of the city and sadly the inconsiderate people upstairs thought it was appropriate to work until 11pm and start again at 5am on a weekend. Unbelievable. Hope this stops soon and doesn't affect...

"Quaint rustic condo close to South Tahoe but up in the mountains and away from the in town madness. We came for a concert at Caesars outdoor amphitheater and this was perfect for us. There are steps but they are not steep. "

"Excellent location. Everything is a short walk including restaurants, skiing and the casinos. The place was well stocked with supplies which was very helpful. Highly recommend!"

"Place was very nice and fit our situation perfect. The walk to the lift was a little further than we originally thought, but we were able to ski down to the lift. We were told the day before the hot tub was closed indefinitely, but owner as nice enough to give some money back. My only suggestion would be to update the tv in the main room. They say it’s a “smart tv”, but I think it’s a “first edition” smart tv, so not really comparable to smart tvs in 2026. We couldn’t add any new apps to it....

"The living space is very comfortable and we had pretty much everything we neded to cook a full thanksgiving dinner for 5. Beds and shower are great. "

"It was a great place to stay only issue was the walls are super thin and the people above us were stomping we could hear them talking all night and then were super loud early in the morning but the rental was nice a littleConfusing on which property it was when we got there but other then that was great "
