"Amazing!"

"Had never heard of this brand before but was pleasantly surprised by the qualify and service at this wonderful boutique hotel! I will look for other Pali's and try to stay there when I can. This is an exceptionally great place to stay if you have a group (wedding or other event) because it's so easy to bump into each other and congregate in the lobby/common area. The service was top-notch with each person handling anything that was needed in real time (no waiting for so-and-so to come bring me an iron and ironing board, the front desk person just did it). As a real estate lawyer, I had to find out more about the brand and its ownership/team. Looking forward to seeing this one grow!"
