"Great location with view of Harbor. Breakfasts were delicious but some mornings were better organized than others. Staff was friendly and helpful. Daily room cleaning was not consistent. Clean cups, glasses, sugar refills would have been nice. Room was not refreshed at all one day. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location for a group stay in St Ives.Great communication and information from Penny, the host. Everything as expected and working, no snags and no reason to contact any of the service staff. Clean and tidy on arrival. Kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, cutlery and glass ware. Champagne in a wine glass not quite the same, but no flutes. 2 dishwashers helped with our group of 8. Room layout perfect for social groups. Bathrooms clean and tidy. Fabulous views from the front of the property, close for a quick morning and afternoon swim. Would recommend this property for families to share.Parking for 3 cars, would struggle with 4. Wasn’t sure about the recycling service, as everything went into black rubbish bags.We appeared to have a cat frequently visit the property, which got in through down stairs open windows… allergy to cats caused an issue."

"Really nice house, well kitted out kitchen. Close enough to town to walk in and out (quite a steep hill from the beach) and a near to an enclosed park for a dog walk. The parking involves a few shuts and would have been very tight for a bigger or longer car. Other than that, 5 star accommodation."
