"This quaint cottage was perfect for 2 couples. We loved being steps away from the beach and very close to all the amenities in St Ives. The property was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is the parking spot is a distance away because of the old town. So anyone with mobility issues might consider that. There are cabs for hire if needs be. Would recommend, it was perfect for us."

"We have stayed before ideal location for St Ives and it’s walkable but you do need to be fit coming back as up steep path. Lovely room and service. "

"We had a wonderful time. The cottage is lovely and ideally situated. We were able to potter about to our hearts’ content and St Ives has so much to offer. Our host answered our queries quickly and fully. Check in was easy. Well appointed with everything we needed. Thank you for a lovely place to stay. "

"Amazing... we loved the fact we were close to the centre but in a quiet area of the town. St Ives is beautiful and this flat was homely and lovely... we already want to return! "

"The location is excellent. So close to the town and beach. Great for families. There’s no parking being so central but there’s a car park really close by. We chose location over parking. A few basic amenities were lacking such as a tea towel and oven gloves but if you’re eating out it’s no problem. We read about the noise on previous reviews but it wasn’t overly loud just normal tourist chatter. We’d definitely come again. "

The location of the property is perfect for a beach holiday.Tate St Ives is right on the doorstep and the Barbara Hepworth Museum is a short walk away. Everything St Ives has to offer is a short walk from the house, including fabulous bakeries shops and restaurants. "
