"Our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We booked on line very early in the morning and arrived at the hotel at 5am. We explained our situation to the reception staff who were kind enough to let us wait in the lounge with all our luggage. Our room was ready a little early and they let us in. We dined in house and found staff with hearing/ speaking disabilities also keen to assist. All staff went out of their way to assist us. Whilst the hotel clean and comfortable our stay was enhanced knowing they provided working opportunities to those less fortunate to the majority. We would stay there again in a heartbeat."

"Got a pick up from the airport late at night. Very efficient. When arrived at hotel check in staff where very good. Got a good night's sleep in a large comfortable twin room. Got a late dinner at 1am through room service. Was very tasty. Got breakfast too and could not fault. Will be staying again before I fly back to the UK."

"The service and hospitality by the staff members was amazing, they made me feel like very safe and comfortable, the food was fantastic, the ambience was great. I will definitely be back whenever I am in India . Manesh was very kind and friendly he helped me out when I felt I was unable to communicate to other staff members and advice on sightseeing. He gave a personal attention and it was highly appreciated."
