"The welcome from staff on arrival was friendly. We were asked what brought use to Liverpool. On arriving at our room it was smaller than I thought it would be for a family but it worked well. The bed settee was ready made for us. There was a small fridge, ideal for the bottles of water we'd brought with us, a kettle, cups and selection of tea/coffee/milk sachets and suger. The bathroom and separate toilet was clean. At breakfast the next day there was a good selection of different foods. My Grandsons loved the pancake maker. The area was set out well and comfortable. The only thing we had issues with, were how rude other guests were (we noticed majority were foreign). On returning on Saturday evening, I took both boys to the pool, they loved it. Not many other guests were using it, as you have to book your session. Towels were provided. Showers and toilet were available. I did notice there was a gym and sauna there to. My husband and I found the pillows weren't very comfy but the bed and quilt were adequate. I did spot some fluff round one side of the sofa bed. The room was well sound proofed. I would highly recommend and definitely stay there again."

"The hotel is located in the city centre, which was extremely busy and a bit overwhelming at the time I arrived. Once I stepped into the premises however, the peace and tranquility was divine. Very clean room and very polite staff. I would definitely love to stay there again."

"The hotel was perfectly situated between Albert Dock and the city centre,it was spotlessly clean, the breakfast was good too, the only criticism I would have is there could be a set of drawers in the room to put your underwear and t shirts in as there were only 6 hangers in total, which wasn't enough for 4 days."

"On arrival we had a room upgrade which was very welcome. Our room was spotless, very well maintained & decorated. Fridge in the room stocked with milk, biscuits etc daily. The coffee machine was great. All staff very welcoming & helpful."
