Best Western Plus Glen Allen Inn

"It was a good place to stay along our travels. It was enough out of the way of heavy traffic for us to get right back on the interstate the next morning. It felt pretty safe and secure. The kids had breakfast before we left it was your usual quick breakfast options cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast and juice. Had coffee as well and other hot beverages. It was advertised as a non smoking hotel but you could smell weed everywhere you went in it other then our actual room so I really didn't like that. Overall though a good place to rest for the night and get back on the road the next morning."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was too cold. The hot tub was way too hot. The pool room was uncomfortable. Bed was ok. Property seemed dated. Breakfast was average."

"Beautiful experience, the staff were very nice upon arrival. I had a very late check in and they were very pleasant being that I was worn out. Took less than 5 mins. Clean room, very spacious, comfy bed and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!"

"I am a Cancer cancer free now and I came down to Richmond to go to the flying squirrels game and I picked this hotel and it was very nice very awesome staff was awesome everything about it was awesome awesome and great like again I said the staff was so nice and so polite and help me with everything I needed I was with my wife and I just want to say awesome Hotel little pricey but awesome Hotel"

"Really enjoyed our weekend at the Jefferson leaving the hotel only once. Got massages, a pedicure, swam and relaxed in the salt water pool and outdoor deck and ate all our meals at their Lemaire restaurant. The hotel is beautiful with quite a history. Our room was very spacious with spacious bathroom as well. The staff were uniformly so pleasant and helpful. There is outdoor parking lot right next to the hotel (valet or self) for a fee. Highly recommend for an upscale hotel experience."

"Nice comfortable room. Clean and quiet. Good breakfast. My only complaint was the hallway to the stairs was full of old stuff. Like A/C units and ice machine. It was quite the obstacle course. But I know stuff happens. We would stay here again if in the area."
