"Very comfortable stay in a convenient Ccentral location"

"The room was clean overall, but I experienced a few issues during my stay. There was a very loud water noise in the room, and the TV was not working on the first night. When I contacted reception, I was informed that no maintenance staff was available overnight and that I would need to wait until the next day. Eventually, around 11 PM, I requested and received a room change. Otherwise everything was perfect. Location was amazing with thames river view and 2 minutes walking to Bus stop."

"I loved the way it was setup. The room was spacious and felt safe. I did have to get a pan from staff but it was easy. Just wish i knew how to use the washer/ dryer. "

"The room was very clean and staff friendly and helpful, all transactions went smoothly and everyone working there either at the bar or restaurant was all so very nicely helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet could use some more substantial variety of items, but the drinks menu was superb with their selection of teas and the teas themselves being awesomely tasty delightful."
