"Excellent location, super friendly front desk and staff. Always offering free tea, coffee, water cookies and snacks in the Lobby. This must be a mom and pops type hotel as the staff really wants you to be happy staying there. The buffet breakfast was also very good. The only drawback is the rooms are very small, nowhere to unpack your clothes. Apparently in the Central areas, space is at a premium and most hotels have rooms that are small. If you are staying a one to four nights, it shouldn’t bother you too much, because this hotel is so closes to everything south of the Thames. When booking any Central hotel, compare the size (Sq meters) and you won’t regret your choice. I would comeback to this Hotel because of the way I was treated by the Front desk Staff."

"I like the location and I like how the staff had first aid training. Since I burned my arm from the steam of the kettle. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond. There is nothing i didn't like."

"Everything was perfect except a set of my earphones went missing from my room- they were removed from my bedside table/ I do not remove from the room and have repacked to look everywhere- no sightings. I have reported this incident to staff who checked but did not offer compensation. "

Everything we had in the restaurant was delicious. The staff was excellent. From the doorman to the servers to guest engagement executives Amian and William, everything needed to make our stay exceptional was provided. An excellent hotel. We highly recommend. "

"This hotel is in a very safe area with coffee shops and healthy quick bite options directly across the street. Staff were excellent and when we needed some emergency paper work printed, they were very helpful and printed off the necessary papers for us. I will stay here again in the future."
