"Great hotel, rooms large and well appointed. Patio level is convenient if travelling with a dog, great access to outdoor pool and hot tub. Pool was heated, hot tub could have been just a touch warmer. Beautiful views. Beds very comfortable. Huge jetted tub and walk in shower. There are housecoats and flip flops in the closet. Only complaint was we were not told about the $25 food and beverage credit we had until we checked out, luckily the front desk clerk assisted us in grabbing some pastries and coffee but it would have been nice to know this for our supper or at least breakfast. Otherwise beautiful resort, no complaints and will definitely return soon. "

"Quiet area, a little hard to find without a house number but we knew it had to be one of three, so overcame that. However it might have been different if it was a late arrival. Very nice location with essential shopping a couple of minutes away and gas stations (2) cheaper than Victoria fractionally further.VI is a big island and Mill Bay makes a good location to explore the south, but also to explore the centre. But trips to and north of Tofino are a stretch. We felt that Mill Bay gave good access to Victoria and enough to keep us busy for our stay.Space wise, light, bright, airy and the photo does it justice. My wife enjoyed the piano (and we enjoyed her playing it).The property is fairly well equipped and 3 is an ideal number. Plenty of room but you start running out of things like wine glasses with 4! Plenty of space for parking and easy access and entry (do the right thing and pull in to avoid obstructing access for the neighbouring property). Getting to know how some things work in the kitchen took a bit of trial and error.Very happy with our stay, the property, the location and the island."

"The room with mini-kitchen and king bed was as described. there is a very cozy sitting room with a view of Mill Bay. A great place to sit and read or watch TV. The hosts Fiona and Isabelle were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thanks!!"
