The lad of Cnon Suain unfolded before us in the morning, with big ponies, wildlife, blooming gorse and even a standing stone.This is the perfect little hidden away base for exploring the extraordinary Connemara area. If you’re unsure where to start, Eleanor has an entire binder full of recommendations - choose an adventure and get stuck in. "

"Everyone had an amazing stay. Beautiful property just a short ride to Galway and other sites. The host was wonderful and quickly responded to any questions we had about the property and gave great suggestions about things to check out. "

"I wish we had stayed more than 2 nights! This cottage was cozy and beautiful. The hosts provided a variety of snacks and the property is awesome. There's no Wi-Fi or cell signal in the cottage which was a fantastic perk. My wife and I were able to enjoy nature and each other's company better than we had in a while. Not to worry though, Wi-Fi and cell service are available just up the hill at the hosts house if you want it."

"We both had a wonderful 1 year wedding anniversary stay here! Joyce was a fantastic host and made us and our 2 dogs feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The mountains and ocean was visible from our bedroom in the distance. The apartment was spotless clean. Joyce had champagne and an anniversary card on the kitchen table when we arrived which we thought was a very kind gesture. Padracin pub and restaurant was a 5 minute walk from apartment, their food and drink was top notch! Galway city was a short 20 minute drive, which was handy. We explored one of the Arran islands (inis mor), it was only a 30 minute drive to the docks. Highly reccomend staying at this apartment, we’ll hopefully get a trip out again sometime Courtney and Chris x"

"Simple instructions for access, just a bit difficult getting in the front door. Everything was lovely inside. Simply furnished. Bed was comfy and warm. Very roomy for the 6 of us. Wish there were a few more pans. "
