"We had a room right on the first floor by the sprinkler/water room and an often used entrance. We stayed a Saturday and a Sunday night. The coming and goings was very loud in the room as was some cyclical motor maybe for the water system that was annoying all Saturday night. Sunday was much quieter, so know that noise can be an issue in some rooms, esp since the property sits right up against the highway. The rooms however were clean and well kept and we'd stay again, but probably on an upper floor. Sunday morning breakfast was crowded as can be expected on a busy weekend. But they have plenty of parking and are close to a Target and easy to get into and out of town. We brought bikes and could easily bike into town."

"This is a great hotel to stay at if you love to wake up to like views or sit outside at night in a calm, quiet area it was very relaxing. The staff were very nice. We did eat at the restaurant there Oak and order that was very delicious. I do recommend eating there. The only downside is I would like for the room to have a microwave so we can heat up our leftovers from the restaurant other than that everything was clean and I really enjoyed my stay. I will be coming again!"

"More miss than hit given the high rate. First, a few good things. Check-in was fairly fast, our room was available early and welcome mimosas provided. The massages were solid but not spectacular for the prices. The problems began our first night. Room service delivered our order to the wrong room, and then tried to blame us over an hour later. Have never had that happen before. Concierge gave us a room credit, but we had already paid for massages with a credit card, so we made the mistake of ordering room service again to use credit. Breakfast order was missing capers for lox bagel, Irish coffee missing whipped cream and someone also forgot to blend the acai smoothie as it was basically clumps of fruit and lumps of yogurt. We tried pool bar that day. 2 out of the 3 servers who weren't busy were instead busy staring down at their phones. I had to ask one of them to do her job. She told me I needed to move 2 steps left in order to serve me. Ok? The guacamole was mush inside a tiny plastic cup, the speciality cocktail tasted like chemical mix and the mojito slushie most likely had absolutely zero alcohol in it. Our last morning we ordered room service again and specifically asked them not to forget whipped cream on Irish coffee this time. They forgot. Upon checkout they tried to charge us $200 for our dog, even though the front desk manager waived that fee at check-in after we supplied service animal proof. This place is somehow still coasting off being a good resort in the past"

"Quite happy with our stay. Room was very clean and smelled great ! Unlike many other places we have stayed. We had only planned on staying for one night but, we immediately booked for the next night. Very pleasant experience. Unbeknownst to us I spoke with one of my sons after our trip and he told us he had also stayed at the hotel a couple of months previous, his experience was also just as nice. Thank you!!"
