Luxury House New Build 2019 with EV charger

Callywith House is a Brand New Property set beside the River in the woodland village of Trethowel. A tranquil place to kick back and relax with Family and Friends. The beaches of Charlestown, Porthpean, Pentewan and Carlyon Bay are just a ten minute drive away. It's a great location from which to explore the sights of Cornwall. There is even a cycle path in the village which you can take to visit the Eden project. St Austell Train station is 1.6 miles, Newquay Airport is 14 miles .
The space
Upstairs there are four bedrooms each with their own en-suite:
Master Bedroom has King Bed with a separate dressing room and En-Suite with roll top bath, separate shower, toilet and sink.
Bedroom two has two single beds, En-suite Bath with Shower over, Toilet and Sink.
Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both King beds, en-suite with Shower, Toilet and Sink.
All bedrooms have satellite television.

Downstairs an additional room which can either be used as a second lounge or fifth bedroom with sofa bed. If used as a bedroom next door is a Shower room with Toilet and Sink.

There is a open plan spacious well equipped Kitchen, with Two Ovens, Microwave, Dishwasher, American style Fridge/Freezer with plumbed water filter and ice maker.

Lounge with Smart TV and Freesat, Dining area with a double sided log burner perfect for cosy evenings in. There are two sets of patio doors in the Lounge and Dining area allowing you to bring the outside in.

Large utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.

We have a large Garden and Patio area for you to enjoy a few drinks or a bbq on.

To the front of the house there is ample driveway parking for multiple cars, and long drive leading to the road over our private bridge across the river. Access to the house either via steps or accessible parking adjacent to the house.

Note: There is also an EV charger at the front of the house. Separate charges apply if you wish to use this. Please contact us for details.

To cater for young guests, a travel cot and high chair are available. Please provide your own bedding for the cot.
