"We where disappointed on my birthday night as we only pay cash ,but the hotel was cash only but thanks to the lovely lady at breakfast contacted the manager and they let us pay cash the second night ,but it did spoil my 75th birthday to have travel around to fine a place to eat also on our second day we did not have pur room cleaned our had new clean towels"

"We were greeted with a wonderful arrangement of flowers in the front entrance. The staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was clean comfy and modern. Breakfast was delicious."

The room was really nice and a good size, the only downfall would be that we stayed on the 1st floor, and there was another room above, and due to age of the building it was very creaky. This woke us up every morning around 6am, and kept us up some evenings too. Hotel is great location, with an amazing view. "

"A stunning property. One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Phenomenal. Unfortunately however the same cannot be said for the dinner and some of the staff. Dinner over priced and poor, when my wife asked for something extra at breakfast the manager laughed in her face. I was also bashed out of the way by a staff member clearly walking around with the hump. A shame as this hotel can be extraordinary. They would do far better with a wholesome menu as I suspect staffing may be a challenge due to...
