"Very pleasant recent development of flats around a small courtyard with private parking in the heart of the city. The apartment is of an adequate size and well laid out and bright with large windows opening onto a view of old houses and a church, of which there is a plethora in the area, and a small balcony on the other side. The living area is perhaps a bit over-filled by a large but comfortable sofa and arm chair and has a good-sized table, very welcome to me for all my paper-work. I found the bedroom fairly small with king-sized bed and wardrobe but the owner very kindly supplied me with a small set of drawers, appreciated for my longer stay.The kitchen is reasonably equipped, but I felt it was running a bit low on crockery, especially if for two people, together with mediocre cooking utensils. It has a good fridge but a non-functioning freezer.I feel that I was lucky to have found this apartment and was very comfortable there for almost a month, being a lover of light and sun and was supported when necessary by the very kind and caring attention of Emily the owner who was always ready to respond to any query."

"After several stays at this hotel, we thought we return after 10 years much to our amazement not much had changed. The staff were still a tentative polite and respectful. The rooms were clean and spacious and the pool sauna and steam room area was serviced and maintained to a good standard."

"Enjoyed our brief stay at St Giles House. We were only in our room to sleep (straight after seeing ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ at Norwich Theatre) and had breakfast first thing in the morning, so we didn’t spend very much time at the hotel. Our one and only issue is the curtains in our room; they are so thin, the street light outside, which was on throughout the night, made it feel like it was still daylight. Suffice it to say, neither of us slept well. Nice breakfast, friendly staff and is clean throughout, though."

"The apartment is in a reasonable condition. The bathroom living room and bedroom are clean and comfortable although the kitchen, mainly around the cooker, is a bit grimy. Internet is good and the TV sufficient. The surrounding area is awesome so the location is ideal. It was an unusually hot week and there is no air conditioning or fans so all windows and the balcony doors had to be open at all times to provide ventilation. The apartment is on the top floor and essentially secure so this was possible."
