"Very peaceful week spent at a truly lovely location. The villa was comfortable had all required equipment and was very clean. The swimming pools and restaurant were excellent and the food was very tasty, the restaurant was very accommodating of changes to the menu and allergens.The location for us was perfect, quiet and tranquil meaning we could truly rest and relax.My only problems were the patio door which was bent and difficult to open and the fridge which had been turned off! "We had a really lovely stay at the Cart Lodge in early October. The hosts kindly left us some local bread, eggs, jam and biscuits which was a lovely welcome. Everything was very clean and well looked after. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom was lovely and warm. Firewood had been provided, however we didn't need to use it. TV had lots of options. It would be nice to have an earlier check in time than 4pm, but everything with the property and hosts was fantastic. "
