"Parking is in a city ramp. Would be nice to get a discount or something for the stay but it is a secure ramp and literally right next to the hotel! Breakfast looked good but didnt make it down in time. The room was super nice and clean! "

"Great atmosphere "

"We checked in, and our room was far less than average. No hot water, the shower didn't work, two lamps didn't work, lights in the bathroom were incredibly dim, the HVAC didn't work. The craziest part was that this was in an accessible room, and I hope they address the issues. We did not request or need an accessible room, but that was what they assigned us. We told staff about it and they weren't able to switch our room the first night (sold out for a concert), but we were able to switch the next day. The new room had no hot water, but everything else worked. When we checked out, no one asked how our stay was, probably because they were dealing with a lot of guests in similar situations, and the ceiling had a gaping hole with a huge leak and part of the walls and trim were coming off in the lobby. I'm sad that Hilton has attached their name to this hotel. I changed my reservation in Seattle from a Hilton to a Hyatt because of this. They will have to work to get me back. I have already submitted feedback to DoubleTree and Hilton directly."

"The staff at the Hyatt Centric Downtown are the nicest and most helpful staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. I was having trouble with my car key fob and the staff up front did everything to help problem solve. From offering to troubleshoot in person with me, locating local dealer and also trying to help me get the fob open to change battery which we never did get into. I really appreciated the extra effort to help me out. The property was beautiful and a great location for the event we walked to at US Bank Stadium. I will stay here again!"
