"Clearly the location is terrific. The views of the Tower of London and of the Tower Bridge are exciting and the hotel maximizes them. The staff was helpful and courteous. Our frustration was on our first night when we could not rouse room service. We tried repeatedly for an hour. No one answered. Called 0. No one answered. We ended up going to Tesco to get food to heat in the oven in our suite. But the oven/stove did not work. We went to the front desk to ask for help. We were told someone would come up to our room. No one came. Tired from a day of travel, we ate a side salad and went to bed. We called again the next morning. Someone came up and fixed the problem. (It wasn’t that we couldn’t operated the light switches!)."

"A second stay, and still feels like coming home. This was my second time at nHow London, the first being a three-week stay last year, and this one a quick two-night layover between travels. Different length, same feeling. The kind of place that earns a return. The staff is the heartbeat of this hotel. Genuinely warm, attentive without hovering, and somehow remember the small things that make a guest feel known. That is rare anywhere, and almost unheard of in a city this fast-moving. The food and beverage experience is consistently excellent, the property is pristine, and the ambiance is a love letter to London. Playful nods to the city woven through the design without ever tipping into kitsch. Beautiful, intentional, and full of character. Whether I am here for three weeks or 48 hours, nHow London delivers. Already thinking about the next stay."

"We stayed overnight as a couple for 1 night to celebrate my birthday, the give us two cocktails, a chippy snack and a little card for my birthday (very nice touch). Rooms were very clean, the rooftop bar is lovely for drinks, we didn’t eat there. The only thing we didn’t like or understand was that there seem to be so many people downstairs who were on their laptops clearly working (on MS Teams calls etc) it almost felt like you were sat WeWork offices, this was consistent throughout our stay. Very strange."
